He's legit one of the lamest champs in the game 🤦🏻♂️
Hes definitelly not one of the lamest champs, only a lame player would think that to be honest, yeah hes not a damage monster which to all the noobs any champ without Blade, Corvus, Domino type damage is trash. But hes a pretty useful defender when ranked up a bit and has some utility and durability. Not a God tier at all but also not even top 20 lamest. Hold that.
If you think he's a useful defender then I don't know what to tell ya. There's nothing he does that makes him worth using in any quests (unless you really love the WWII synergy which makes Cap useful but not RS)
