Ranked Rewards

It's not letting me attach a picture so I'll try to explain the problem. The malum locus versus event just ended and I finished with 527,128 points. I got the 46%-60% reward. This is the problem my friend showed me his phone and he got 420,000 points and he got the 11%-25% reward. I'm so confused, he got 500 four star shards and 200 five star shards. I got 125 four star shards and an arena boost crystal. PLEASE TELL ME WHY THIS HAPPENED! I put too much effort into this to get that ****. Thank you - Johnhrb

    Is your friend newer to the game than you are ? Arenas have Beginner and Intermediate brackets of under 30 days and 30-60 days since first starting game. Could be that you are in 30-60 day bracket, and friend is in 0-30 day bracket (where less points, because typically less or lower champs, can earn you a good rank still).
    And FYI, being in game longer than 60 days moves you to Advanced bracket, where those same scores will be much lower Rank. Try and put up enough points to actually earn Hero while you can in lower brackets.

    I finished went passed the 640,000 for the fire storm you guys are **** kidding me right 11 to 25% I'm like really. All I got was that I completed and then went on you guys are completely and totally all this work for that if that what all I'm not gonna even waste my time . How dare you . You guys are rubbish. I wanted this character do something what u gave me is a joke I don't care if this is non productive if you spent your time got this score and all you got was scraps this is B.S. do something right for the first time if not then that proves you are all a joke and your **** needs to be over halled majorly

    You do know that there's 3 brackets for arenas depending on when you started playing, so even if you have the same arenas available, you could all be competing at different "levels"

    Beginner Bracket: Account is less than 30 days old.
    Intermediate Bracket: Account is more than 30 days but less than 60 days.
    Expert: Account is more than 60 days.

    Beginner and Intermediate brackets usually have lower cut offs for rewards than the Expert.

    Also to answer your.... rant.... If your account is over 60 days old, to get the 3* Featured Champ, or in this case Human Torch, you would have to put up a score of around 1.3 million to get him. 640,000 is only all the milestones, you have to work much harder to get the champ.

    Its Daimen thank you next . I just wont invest that much for this **** I didnt know this I figure you reach that milestone viola it's yours thank you for playing but apparently not but anywho I still grind but going back to my regular schedule. I'm good
