Dexing Issue

in Bugs and Known Issues
Whenever I fight Punisher or Falcon,when they use their SP 1 I am suppose to dex their bullet shots but I can't do it. I can only dex their punches but when I try to dex their bullet shots I can't seem to do so.This happens for all the champs who use guns in their SP all except for Winter Soldier whose SP 1 I can dex.

    Dex the first part and blok the rest.

    But you still lose health.
    Isn't dexing given to avoid getting hit during SP1 and SP2

    Gl evade 6 bulet from WM sp1.

    Some Champions special attacks cant be avoided fully and has to either be taken as block damage or you gonna have to eat it. Besides there are also those champs specials that are near impossible to dodge like Sinisters sp2 for ex
