in Bugs and Known Issues
Hi Mike and team.
I ranked a 4star avenger to level 2, and then level 3.
I recieved the rewards for level 2, but not level 3.
I have open and closed the app several times.

    Properly, this is an interface bug. Continued play without claiming is predictably common behaviour which has nothing to do with game-play.

    The promo is aimed at intermediates, and the claims requirement punishes those who are not fully savvy with the game.

    There is no instructions from kabam saying we have to claim at each step

    There was instruction somewhere about it. I saw them but i cant remember where...patch note maybe?

    I agree with you thats its a dumb requirement tho.

    Hey there, as some others have mentioned, each step of an objective will need to be claimed before progress on the next step can begin. This was outlined via the in-game message about Objectives, as well as in the forum post here.
