To fully participate in the upcoming Banquet's Alliance Event you will need to be in your alliance for 14 days prior to the event's start date on December 20th. That means, stay in your alliance from December 6th onwards to enjoy all there is to offer in the Banquet event.

Alliance Chat and Direct Message bugs?

Our Alliance uses Alliance Chat and DM's as our main source of communication. We've noticed after the last update that chatting can be delayed or not show up at times.

Also yesterday I tried sending direct messages to many messages of the alliance who were online, and nobody responded. Anyone else having this issue?


  • Hey Wolfrhk, I'm sorry to hear you're having some issues with the in-game Chat feature.

    A delay in the text appearing after you've sent a message could be caused by a loading issue, and if you haven't already, I recommend trying the troubleshooting steps below in an effort to resolve it.

    While it's possible that a similar loading issue may be causing your messages not to appear at all, it's also possible that you're unable to use the in-game Chat feature as a result of having received a temporary or permanent Chat ban.

    Unfortunately, we're unable to view account-specific information here in the Forums and can't be sure if you've received a Chat ban or not. Therefore, I recommend reaching out to our Support Team for clarification. You can contact them by clicking HERE.

    Alternatively, if you would prefer to contact our Support Team from within the game, simply click on the gear shaped icon, located in the top left corner of the Home screen. From there, tap the button which says “Support”, then tap the button that says “Need more help? Contact us”.
