Heal Angela synergy not working

The Synergy states that upon knockout a champion has a 20% chance to regain 20% health. This increases by 20% for each team member knocked out. 4×20 is 80 + the original 20 is 100%. So I’m fighting in variant to using gladiator hulk Quite aggressively and bam nothing I also have the Heimdal synergy which did take affect but after that did not get any health. So I’ve spent units on potions and boosts which we now want to waste. I have an iPhone 8 Plus and I’m playing on the latest version of the game and luckily I haven’t received any combat lag but it’s not fair when synergies are not working as intended.

    It's Revive to 20% Health (actually a little more if you have Recovery Mastery too). Only 100% guaranteed if you first kill off all 4 other attackers before using your primary one. 20% chance + 4*20%. Sometimes nodes or opponents might prevent that (AAR or other ?), but normally works great with Heimdall. 20% Revive happens first, then when die again the Heimdall keep-alive for couple seconds happens.

    Also keep in mind if original death is due to multi-hit Specials, you could be reviving to 20% and then immediately losing that health again due to the rest of the hits.

    I had killed off my team only had 6* gladiator hulk left, who is poison immune, and there also wasn’t any heal reduction as far as I know. It has worked in the quest before when I first ran through. It just seemed a little odd is all
