    He has some utility
    he was my fourth five star and he's pretty bad imo

    He has his uses. Powergain, heavy stun lock, powerlock, Regen. Highest block proficiency in the game. He's a 7/10 for me due to personal enjoy for his playstyle and him being my first 3* way back

    Hes a swiss army knife champ. Does a lot but just not overly well.

    Has powerlock right before they gain l3 which can be sometimes handy. Has heal block which is actually some handy against buffet nodes as that will trigger the heal block.

    Not a bad r3 champ if you have a small roster.

    Punisher 2099 has some utility. Damage is lacking quite a bit. He does look cool, and is fun to play. You may get a little use out of him.

    I got him as a 4* 4/4 duped, use him in arena’s only, can give me aroud 11-12k of damage easily.

    I have a 5* 4/5 duped spiderman classic, and is SP2 is not even 4-5k.
