Seem to have long list of gimmicks as Punisher 2099 and not really excelling in any one area.

    GG is a prestige champ. I got him as a 4* and he's very underwhelming. Horrible damage output and power drain is lacking. He's not duped but don't think it will matter, it will just make him suck less.

    Doctor octopus seems like he will be a very good champion, he is broken at the moment in the event quest, his breakthrough abilities haven't changed to his duped breakthroughs. His charges of different sciences fill very fast and with his sp.2 you could get full power control, powergain, healthsteal and armor penetration buffs for 12 seconds and with the power steal that could get you to another sp2 or even sp3 and with some luck have situations where you constantly have all 3 breakthroughs active.

    @DrOctavius2_2 GG duped is a much better champ. More damage and his regen from well timed blocks is pretty nice. I've had collar tech maxed for a while and his power drain is pretty nice.

    Gg has very good potential. Versatile champ as offense and defense in war. I have him as a 5* unduped

    Just pulled a 4* goblin and posted for insight on him. Looks like a 3/30 for now. Awaken gem maybe?!? Not sure it's worth it.

    Yeah I agree with everyone else here.

    I think you are really undervaluing Green Goblin. I've been using him and he's awesome. His damage is high if you stack the synergy and his cunning passive, and he has good power burn on his special 1 plus his base stats are decent. A lot of people are also undervaluing his weakness/enfeeble ability. It cuts opponents attack nearly in half which in turn is like giving yourself a lot of block proficiency (and another -30% on their specials from the madness charges).

    Doc Oc on the other hand was probably a bit over hyped and hard to use. The most optimal way to use him is to hit is breakthrough's and then special repeatedly to keep them active, but that's not what the typical fight with Doc Oc looks like. So, most of the time he just lands up as an Armor up/Fury up champion with some complicated extra mechanics that don't always activate when you want them to.

    In summary, I was pleasantly surprised by how cool Green Goblin is and how fun he was to play, and then my hype for Doc Oc died when I actually saw him in action, despite the fact that he seemed to be the stronger of the two when originally previewed.

    Yea....looks the same goof that designed Phoenix got a second chance and repeated the same abortion. I'll look forward to smashing them in AW with spider gwen's SP1.

    She just needs a little love to shield her bad armor and block but I use Inequity for champs like Wolvy, X23, GP, IF, BP, Voodoo (saves me in AQ), Sym Spider, Drax and… Phoenix! Really helps in Act 5.2 as it helps my damage champs survive



    This was the guy who designed She Hulk and was told to give them a few more abilities this time and he gave them ALL the abilities

    I'll respect you opinion but I stand firm that her Incinerate deal a lot of damage and with some attention to her fury, charges, and Specials she can e a force to be reckoned with

    I'm having the hardest time deciding on a featured iceman or green goblin. That iceman immune to everything is calling to me.

    Iceman all the way. GG for prestige. Both are fun to use but I'm not impressed with GG. He's not bad but compared to iceman it's not close for me.
