Scarlet Witch

I know her regen was reduced to trigger less often, but I didn't think it would stop it from hardly triggering at all! Her regen was one of the aspects that made her a valuable champ and now I've gone through entire AQ maps without it triggering a single time. Im not suggesting it be changed to how it was, but at least look into please. Don't make her a has been. Restore some exaltation to the Scarlet Witch!
