In war I activated human torch persistent charge and it just didn’t happen idk if anyone else is having this issue. I caught it on video but it won’t let me upload it to the forum.

    @will-o-wisp that’s not true it’s a guaranteed if you consume the one! It’s not a guarantee to gain one if he is duped.

    I don’t have a YouTube channel but I can email it to you! And my team was nick fury and cap iw and my human torch isn’t duped!

    Hey there, to confirm, you activated the ability before the fight but Human Torch was not applying Nove Flame's when you started? Do you remember if this used up his Persistent Charge or not?
