Hello, just letting you know, I have been doing lots of arena in the last 3- days, and when I face Mephisto, he keeps all is persistent charges when he throws is SP1.

    He only loses his persistent charges when he connects with sp1 and applies soul imprisonment.
    If this is happening in the above scenario then yeah sounds bugged

    This. If It's Blocked or it doesn't apply Imprisonment, he keeps them.
