Hawkeye is a good champ, but let’s face it he’s due for an upgrade to keep up with the champs coming out.
He would be perfect if he was upgraded permanently like he is with the infinity stone equipped.

    Yes, along with all the other stone buffs but Hulk, his is a little too OP.

    Capt healing on every block is beyond op.
    Yeah, well I just pulled a 4* Cap the other day and barely like him better than my Juggernaut, so I'ma pretend you didn't say that.
