Officers rewarding members for participation.

I’m in a growing alliance and trying to steer my less experienced members towards making smart decisions can be hard sometimes, aside from written praise I cannot reward them as I wish I could. I think it would greatly benefit the game as a whole and the experience of those playing it, both officers and members alike to give the role of officer more opportunities for a meaningful relationship with his members. A small stash of rewards and/or recourses for certain needs in my opinion could make all the difference in the world!
Having said that I know there is still a lot of this game I still have yet to learn and I apologize if I’m reopening a subject that has been addressed before I didn’t see it in the forum through my searches. But if I as an officer had REAL TANGIBLE BENEFITS to offer my members for their hard work then that would certainly only incentivize members to put more effort, time, and certainly more personal recourses (money spent in game) on the table!

I may post specific ideas and concepts on how this may be practically implemented later (knowing full well that I know nothing) when I have time, but for now I’ll just say thank you so much for your time and I appreciate you taking my opinions seriously Kabam squad! Long live the contest of champions!

    We are using rewards system in my alliance, top reward (and the only one in fact) is not being kicked

    I could see them adding something small like Good/Helpful Members get Double the Loyalty Gain or something like that related to what you already gain from Alliances, maybe for Higher Tier Alliances it doubles your Donations so you don't have to do extreme grinding?
