Regeneration should be a function of BASE health only, not modified health. 6.2.1 Buffet (tech gate) path, buffet heals for 15% of modified health.

    Yes and? It’s the same for every piece of content with buffet otherwise nodes like that would be extremely easy

    Its not. Usually its Buffet coupled with +100% regen or something like that.

    Regardless of difficulty, content isn't working properly.

    It is based on total HP, modified by nodes and stuff
