on what basis does SA unlock reward depend on?
From what I gather these are the possible SA tiers: 25k, 55k, 130k, 160k, 265k?

    I'm not 100% sure but I think it's related to Alliance Rating.

    Goes by ally pi rating. I think 1.5 or 2 mill puts you in the top tier of 265k
