Lost epic rift due to latest outage

As title indicates, I was not able to finish epic rift due to emergency maintenance.

I opened a ticket, but got a generic response “We are currently experiencing a large number of contacts regarding this specific issue”. Please advise on how this will be handled.

I am not looking for a handout. Tier 4 corals are not easy to collect, I would be happy with restoring my 10k so I can do a run.

Because of the last maintenance (2019-09-19 18h30), I couldn’t finish the breach and it cost me a 4 star champion.

Is it possible for you to give it back to me? @Kabam Miike

I was in Rift (epic) road 500 shards on 5* and if i was on invisible woman server going down :-( no compensation ... :-(

They commented that they will return the Coral to anyone who was affected at that time.
