Timer on Empathic Lock longer than stated in node description

The Hyperion mini boss fight in AQ has the attacker starting with the Empathic Lock debuffs for 12 seconds, not the 8 seconds that the node description states.

    That timer counts from the start of the fight, not from the start of when the nodes take effect. There are a few seconds where the champs are running towards each other and the screen says "Ready", "Set", "Fight".
