Shell alliances being used to get around donation lockout, mercs and more

Kabam what are you doing about shell alliances being used to get around 8 day donation lockout?

I am in a top alliance I grind for my donations, but i am being told i have to now pay for my donations or find a new home. i decided to leave the alliance i was in and move to a semi retired alliance, always some BS at the top and i'm done with it. all you have to do is look at the tier 1 alliances and you will see the shell alliances. most of them are loading using botted accounts, why cant you put a stop to all this BS.

in my alliance half the guys paid someone to play their account for hard content and arena grinding. when will you do something about this? you have line app groups full or mercs who post images of all the arena they grind for others. how is it fair i grind and miss out on rewards and someone can pay someone to get a champ in arena.

    @Kabam Miike valid points, this is why players are leaving the game. Mercs are doing content for players with minimum items which means Kabam lose out on revenue. when will you take action against people who hire mercs? you have proved you can identify people by device, why not look at what content is being done using which device? it will become clear who is using a merc.
