Make year (or class) separated basic 5 star crystals

Seriously, we need this. Our current chance to get any one champ we need is under 1% everytime we spin a basic 5 star crystal.

    Class based crystals would be a bad idea, for the sole fact that there's a large difference between the number of champs in each class. Year-based crystals though, I can get behind.
