Help my game is broken and I need legitimate support here

I need some help from the community group here. I have contacted support more than 3 times and do not have a response I logged out of my account last night from a day of grinding for lvling a new 5 star I had and tried to log in this morning and found my account banned for 162 hours, and right now it keeps going up for no reason and without reason. It currently went from 710 to 720 hours. Can someone please help me fix this,
