    Beast is smart but not really a that good of a fighter. Venom can also transfer hosts and take over people if Venom wishes. And it's unlikely Beast can figure this out before hes to late. And Venom tangles repeatedly with Spiderman. Beast is about to go down.
    In-game it's also Venom hands down.
    PS. Keep doing these threads man(?). They're really entertaining sometimes

    Venom is a force to be reckoned with.
    Beast is perhaps the Smartest Mutants and very good fighter but not a Force to be feared.

    Superior intellect. He can out smart venom and learn his basic move set quickly and counter it. He is also pretty strong as well.

    Unless it is Cosmic Beast form the Dark Vortex storyline or Beast had prior knowledge of the fight and brought sonic weapons, it is highly unlikely that Beast would win. Venom overpowers beast in every way and has a healing factor, and Agent Venoms is a stealth operative, so bullet to the head before Beast could even respond.
