Nightcrawler bug?

I thought in order to switch fighting styles with NC, you had to dodge back and hold block but it seems that whenever I hold block(without dodging back) his timer starts. This may have all ready been brought up, but I can’t find it. Additionally, I thought he began the fight in Neyaphem mode but he has been starting out in Swashbuckling mode. There’s nothing in his description that says what style he starts in but I could have sworn it used to say he started in Neyaphem mode. Maybe I’m missing something?...

    I’m talking about fighting with him, not against him... and I guess I didn’t read the Havok synergy enough because I’m using NC for the Havok synergy but didn’t read what it did for him. Just happened to fight with him and noticed it.
