    I'm confused. There was a mail about which prof hoff did a vid saying global +25% point booster. With the new mail does that exclude tier 1 also?

    Also I agree, very messed up.

    The point booster probably will not. But the in game mail says the reduced points and the increased artifacts will not be in effect for tier 1.
