14 mil AQ 5-5-4 and AW focused alliance recruiting a few dedicated players to round out our team

We are looking for a few dedicated individuals to join our alliance. We are shifting from an AQ focus back to an AQ AND AW focus. We run 5-5-4 currently in our AQ and are looking to move up. We hit 80 million consistently and hit over 90 million since moving to a second map 5. We were an AW Gold 2 alliance prior to our recent break from AW. We have a solid core of players but need to solidify the bottom of our roster with dedicated members. We ask for a few things:
1. We ask for a minimum player rating of 300k (our average player rating is over 400k).
