These past few weeks, we've been battling in AQ and grinding arena, where defender are not quite using their special attack up until max bar though we have bait them. I was wondering, why the defender are hardly to use them.??

    Yeah most fights I'm in they refuse to be baited then use 3rd special the millisecond they get it

    Even when they have debuff on them and are going to die they will still refuse to throw a special.
    Its just the way arena is, the AI is programmed to throw specials less frequently.
