Any good alliances for level 9?

I was looking for a pretty good alliance maybe in the top 50000 . I don't know if that is too much to ask. I am level 9 and I don't know if that is a high level. Any alliances out there? Also, what is prestige and pi

    Level 9 is an extremely low level

    Hey @BatmanBro1 level 9 is beginner. Don't worry about your prestige at this point. Your best bet is to join an open alliance and play hard. Get your pi up over 100k and then put yourself out there. Your pi is on your profile page at the top. Good luck to you :)
