My thoughts as well, top spenders aren't spending because they have it all, solution = 6*. I am sure there will be new t3 alpha catalysts as well that kabam will try to sell for $500 for 1/10 of the shards required to form a full one.
Any word on if u guys will revamp gold?
Hahaha just checking lol
There are many players in top 1% alliances who struggle for many months to get enough T4C to rank 5 just one FOUR STAR. Most of these 1%ers have a team of mostly rank 2 unduped 5*s that include winter soldier and ronan. Most top 1%ers have a decent amount of r5 4s and a bag of mostly worthless unduped 5s. If these top 1%ers struggle to rank up 4*s, what does that mean for everyone else???
And because of challenger rating, 6s will make 4s utterly worthless just like it made 3s worthless compared to 5s.
So when the top 1% of players end up with a worthless roster of r5 4*s, what the heck is everyone else supposed to do? What are the bottom 98% of players supposed to do when the top 1% get their rosters blown up because of challenger rating?
All this 6* stuff will do is further divide the top 300 from the bottom 99.9% and makes it struggle for everyone else. Congratulations Kabam.
I approve of this.
So status quo on alphas, they will be more accessible in the store is what you meant. You still can't get them but there will be weekly offers for 1 t2A at 29.99 correct
Can you give us some hints about which champions are going to be in the base 24?
Also, are you making any changes on the ISOs, like Tier 6 or possibly increasing the capacity of inventories for catalysts?
Challenger rating will kill the game for those of us who play for fun, but still spend the occasional bit of cash. We matter, too, and we deserve a fighting chance!
More accessible as in give us about a 1000 shards for a 36000 shard catalyst?
tier one alphas aren't as easy to get as they used to be since they were removed from aq rank rewards and map 5/6 crystals.
I feel the same way, there is no incentive for me to do more than the milestones now. I was actually looking to grind for Doc Oc but won't be anymore and won't do another arena besides for the milestones like I said.
5*s will become easier
Also how about implementing a voting function in the game. At you'd have a clue what the community wants or does NOT want.
Things like this make the game feel like a job and takes fun factor away.
Please keep the game fun to play.
Comparing the effect of 5-stars on 4-stars is not valid for understanding how 6-stars will affect 4-stars. To do a valid comparison, you must take into account how 5-stars affected 3-stars. As anyone will be able to tell you, 5-stars and your challenger rank system made sure that 5-stars made 3-stars obsolete.
So therefore, it is a very valid concern to have that 6-stars are now going to make 4-stars obsolete.
In fact, everyone who is playing your game should be concerned that whatever set of champs they spend hours grinding to get will be made obsolete by a 7-star or a 8-star that you will inevitably roll out. If I may be bold enough to state this to you, I think your company needs to find a better direction to evolve the game or it will turn the entire game into a big joke. No one in their right mind should grind or pay to rank up any champ because you will inevitably release a stronger version of the same champ very soon.
But you haven't made it easier to hold them without them expiring. It would be a good idea to try to involve some of the people who actually play the game when making changes like this.
Dr. Zola
No, it will be 1,200 shards towards a T2A for $29.99US.
The current problem is the vast difference in resources distributed between the top 20 alliances and everyone else. They are able to max their characters while most can barely get to half of what they have. Serious design flaw in my opinion.
