Daily Quest missing catalysts?

Have noticed this a few times now. I’ll have 1 tier 3 basic in my inventory, complete the tier 3 basic quest and earn 1 catalyst from shards and another from the chest. Going to explore the quest I earned another catalysts from the exploration rewards but looking at my inventory I’ve only got a total of 2 tier 3 basics, when it should have been 4, 3 being earned in the quest?

Has anybody else has this sort of issue? Its bugging me as I’m literally getting ripped off from doing this quest.

    Sometimes there’s a visual bug where it shows you getting more than what you did

    Although that would make sense, it’s used up my fragments and only gave me one catalyst. Fragments being used and exploration would mean a total of 3 in my inventory as I already had one.
