Summoners, due to a technical issue, this week's series of Alliance Quests will be cancelled at 4pm PT. There will not be any Rewards for this series. The next series of Alliance Quests will start on April 18 at 12pm PT. We will be assessing the impact on Alliances and compensating accordingly, as well as returning Alliance Tickets.

Can not claim catalysts. Network Error.

I've seen a few posts like this but none of them are very clear.

Has anyone else had trouble claiming catalysts after the update? I know you can't claim them one at a time but hitting "Claim Max" results in a network error: "Problems connecting to network. Please check your connection." Does anyone have a fix?

  • Yes, this is happening for me too. I too need a fix for it.
    I tried restarting the app and as well as my device but this error happens.
  • I am also experiencing this bug. My connection is fine, and I only received the error when hitting claim max as well. The best we can do is report it and hope Kabam fixes it, as it is very annoying.

    same here.. I've been told that it's a known issue & they're working on it..
    Whenever I try to claim catalysts it shows connection error & then I have to close & reopen the game to play 😡😠

    I observed this when I frequently switch accounts. I thought I had excess, but after restart they are all gone.
