Confusions regarding Back Issue #3

So not too long ago, back issue #3 was released and I was immediately excited. I read through the message sent to in-game inboxes of the players, and it said that variant mode difficulty was for level 40 and up but the forum says level 45 and up, and the game wont allow summoners under level 45 participate in the variant difficulty of back issue #3








It would be nice to see a response from Kabam to clear up the confusion.
