Night thrasher buff? What is it and where does it appear from?

Hi guys,

This is bugging me as m Trying to work out what the above buff does (circled in red above) and how to even get it?? This pic is from KT1’s gameplay vid,

Any help is much appreciated

    Probably the Moon Knight synergy.

    I tried that synergy and doesnt seem to show, i tried copying all synergies that KT1 used in above pic

    It’s a synergy with moon knight that gives him 100% chance to inflict a bleed on his medium when the moon is waxing, which is the symbol you see there. When the moon isn’t waxing it’s 30%

    ive used this synergy alot and have never had that appear before, any idea how it appears? Is it a small chance or something? As i feel im not getting the very most out of Night Thrasher without it

    The moon phase of Moon Knight's ability is baaes on the real moon phase.
    So only when the moon is in its waxing phase and you have him with MK synergy, will that symbol appears on NT.

    I think i need to look at moonknight as i have no clue how it works in the slightest, doesn't make sense right now as to how it actually activates, but thanks for replies
