Do you have to do heroic difficulty first? Or can you start with master and finish with heroic?

    I'm not admin, but it doesn't make any difference. You don't have to do heroic first.

    you just have to complete both in the time limit, there is no order. It makes sense to do masters first to get a sense of your time before you move on to heroic in my opinion. If you cannot get close then it does not make sense to use resources.

    You do know they send you this information in the in game mail at the start of the new monthly EQ. At one point you had to do heroic first to unlock master, now both are open and you can do whatever floats your boat first.
