I've recently not been able to post on my main account. Have I annoyed someone on global chat with to much recruiting? Maybe I spammed , I dont know. Just cant post not even to alliance members. Any suggestions? YOUtalkingToMe is the account. If I did something wrong my deepest apologies.

    You probably got report-buttoned by a bunch by people on global or something so you have a temporary chat ban.

    For the record, you aren’t really missing much tbh

    Thats y it is important not to spam the chat recruiting or with anything else. It gets annoying when ppl constantly post.

    You're either chat banned for 72 hours and if not its permanent

    Hey Eelnats1, I'm sorry to hear you're having this issue. If you haven't already, I recommend trying the troubleshooting steps below in an effort to resolve it.

    - iOS Troubleshooting
    - Android Troubleshooting

    If those steps don't resolve the issue, as others have mentioned, it's possible you're unable to use the in-game Chat function as a result of having received a temporary or permanent Chat ban.

    Unfortunately, we're unable to view account-specific information here in the Forums and can't be sure if you've received a Chat ban or not. Therefore, I recommend reaching out to our Support Team for clarification. You can contact them by clicking HERE.

    Alternatively, if you would prefer to contact our Support Team from within the game, simply click on the gear shaped icon, located in the top left corner of the Home screen. From there, tap the button which says “Support”, then tap the button that says “Need more help? Contact us”.
