    Hey there, if you believe you are experiencing a bug, could you please share the information requested in the forum bug report template? The information requested there, particularly what quest the fight occurred in, what nodes were active at the time, and who else you had on your team at the time, can be very helpful for looking into reports like this.

    If it refreshes u dont technically get the damage tick so it's like km u can make him regen if void synergy and clear path without needing any items

    That is the intention with the node. Some champions will benefit from it if played well and with the right strategy, while with others you will want to be careful not to build up so many furies
