Unit rewards not being rewarded

As title says I’ve noticed unit rewards sometimes don’t go to my unit stash.

Only noticed in the last fortnight or so and have been keeping an eye on my units and they don’t add up.

-War crystals winning units don’t always go to my unit stash.

-Summer sigil unit rewards don’t go to my unit stash or only 1 or 2 units are added instead of the full amount(10,15,20 units).

This only happens SOMETIMES but I’d keep an eye on your units if I were you.

Support say nothing wrong but they say that to most bugs anyway.

    There's no units to be had from war cystals, that's loyalty and sometimes not all of the units you recieve are added straight away but if you change screens, go in and out a fight or restart you will have the correct amount of units.

    My bad. It’s arena crystals not war crystals.

    I know units don’t update straight away at time but sometimes they don’t update at all.

    Of you do t let the number increase before going off screen it stays the same, but once you go onto the fight screen or something they all get added

    It's a visual bug, if you go through a loading screen the units will be added.

    Well I restarted my phone and got 40 units.

    This game is buggy as hell after the last update.

    What visual glitch/ bug you on about?
    I think there’s more than 1.
