Namor isn't regenerating 6% health when using special attacks.

I just recently pulled Namor from a featured 5* crystal. In his description, it says that he regenerates 6% health when using a special attack. I am on day 1 of AQ Map 5 , and when fighting Hela, i was using the special 1 to regenerate health i had lost. Yet when I used a special attack, I was only gaining 2% health back.

Amor regens 6% of missing health, 6% of 28% health missing is just under 2%
