All of my champions are gone

Well I had updated the game and now all of my dam champions are gone and I have spent a lot on this game and I know y'all not going to reimburse me my money so plz do something abt this asap

    Support is better for things to do with your account, also you have to put it in big report template on forums

For account-specific issues like this, I would recommend getting in contact with our Support Team, as they would be the best equipped to look into something like this. You can reach them from the game's home screen by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the game and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support".

    Are you sure the game is logging you into your same account as before ? Sounds like it maybe switched to a different (or even brand new) Summoner Account Name in the game.

    Try LOGGING IN with your Kabam email/password in the game (upper left Gear/Settings symbol then Login).

    No this definitely happened to me as well. I’m missing 18 4*s that I remember for sure and not sure about any 3*s as I don’t even pay attention to those but that’s a big loss. Something should for sure be done. Reported it and have yet to hear back from Kabam.
