Implement a confirmation or an undo purchase button
This has been a request from the community for a long time. Why waste time of players and your support staff for something that can be easily solved using an undo button? Just give us an option like gmail for 5 seconds to undo an accidental purchase if you won’t add a confirmation dialog.

Metamorphosis Keys removed from inventory after event ended.
I was rushing to complete the side quest colisseum today before the event expired. I managed to claim 3 box keys but the event expired so I was unable to use them on the box.
