Did not get the Awakening Shards reward after reaching the 12 hours milestone on Twitch
I completed the 12 hours streaming milestone and claimed the rewards. I got the final PRG selector but did not get the final 7S Awakening Gem Shards. I restarted Twitch but could not claim it again. Also restarted MCOC twice but it did not populate.

I have tried several hours today to login to the help desk and create a ticket. As soon as I login, every page just says the same error message: "oops you're not authorized to access this page". Since I can't create a ticket, I don't know what else to do. Is anyone else getting this error message?

sorry if this is a dumb question but i cant upgrade my podium level they have all been stuck at level 2 around 30% to level 3, i have been playing a lot used alomost 20 something tickets playing but my podium level doesnt seem to level up!!Does anyone have a clue how the podium xp / leveling up system work?
