Karolina stun in the sun bug

What is going on with this event?? From what im seeing in ally chats and forums, nobody could chose cure or infected, everyone is infected and yet cured are on milestone 20 and infected 3?! 😂😂

Just did a quick pop of all of my saved units for the last month or so on the Thronebreaker crystals not Valiant ones. Make sure you pick the right ones, for what ever reason I feel like the highest progression was always the one that came first but, who knows. 🤷
