There is currently a bug preventing me from inputting digital codes in the MCOC store

Sword and stone Summoners Market bug
I just dropped $600 on the summoners market to max out the event. Not only did the charge go through but I did not get any rewards nor event progression. Will the rewards come later or what because I’m kinda panicking rn. I have proof of both the charge and the no reward so what is happening

Found another bug
the saga filter when you are selecting your team has disappeared and the little saga logo on the champions themselves is also gone. not a huge deal but add it to the list. kabam might be going for some kind of record this week

Normally with monthly quests you get the option to play at different difficulty levels. This month the option isn’t there to do so. I normally play as Proven.

Taking massive bleed damage from KP in the Elder EQ quest 1.1. It's supposed to be reduced 90% bleed damage. Didn't something like this happen before with Kingpin?

FF deals and crystals question
Hi. If I were to buy the deals today that have the 7* FF and 7* FF nexus crystals and I wait until the titan change, does that mean they will have the 5 new FF champs in them? Or are those crystals fixed ?

7 Day Event (Blade and Boulder & Sword and Stones) - Helpful information
The top milestone which is 5000 in the new event can be obtained by fighting 250 fights with a saga champion. This is bad consider you have 7 days which equals about 36 fights a day and still there are other ways to get points.

Web store down
I can’t collect my daily’s from the web store every time I try nothing happens. I also tried to use the Iceman promo code and it doesn’t say if I collected it or not. Now I’m afraid to use the other promo code because it seems everything else is in limbo. Hopefully this is fixed soon.

Was hoping to make some purchases on the webstore and wondering when the points situation will be resolved?

Now we store is saying I have collected the promo codes when I haven't received anything
Are y'all going to give me my stuff for the promo codes? The webstore wasn't working while I tried putting them in for 1 and half hours from 2pm est to 330est. Now all the codes are saying I have already claimed them when I haven't received anything on the game. So how am I going to get my stuff from the promo codes?…

webstore purchases not going through
i spent 30 dollars and put in the the iceman promo codes and got NOTHING. my account got charged, the xsolla payment went through, but no market points, no items, and im 30 dollars down. kabam fix your damn game

Relic Shards not being applied to Inventory in Elder
Relic Shards arent being applied to your inventory in Elder quest.. It happened in 1.1 and now again vs Jessica Jones (2.1 I believe). I dont think I got the titan shards either, but didnt document it.

So I purchased a F.F nexus bundle and did not receive any of the items…nor did I receive the Sword and Stone market points for said purchase and I purchased a valiant weekly special and didn’t receive the Sword and Stone market points for that…..wtf is really going on?
