I spent $50 to top up my banquet event as a low spending player. I was able to get the points and all but can’t claim the rewards. Does anyone know what’s happening, sorry I’m stressed, $50 is a lot to spend on a mobile game for me. :(

Am i missing something? Why didn't I get to claim the rewards?
I join an alliance and the time ended before i can claim the rewards from the Alliance banquet reward. But there is no claim button or anything. I have made my contribution but why am i not able to claim the rewards till these milestones. Please atleast tell me if I cant be able to claim them or its a glitch.

Alliance milestone 19 banquet- can’t claim item
My alliance reached the banquet milestone 19 with 3 t6cc selectors but we can’t claim it. It doesn’t give any of us option to claim it even though I far exceed the required 9600 points contribution. It’s broken.
Is this a bug or what?
I grinded for a week just to reach the key and you can see I claimed all the rewards till the key. But I am not able to claim the key. I also tried to buy the 15unit crystal and my points increased. Still nothing Please help

I opened 2 jubs I got one selector from 1 then the second one it landed on a trophy selector where the crystal stopped on it but glitched to the t5 I have clips of both so yall can review it
