Just realized that Dracula is stated as a Saga champion, but he doesn't have neither Wrath or Forbearance tag. He's not on whitelist for war as well so would be good to have some clarification.

I know you must be overloaded Kabam, but please understand, no one feels safe using their champions.
I’ll be the first one to say that I do not think that balance program did many meaningful things for this game? From a consistent player point of view, the balance program felt like it existed to destroy good champions and make bad champions only slightly less bad. It genuinely felt like a net negative for the player…

Realistic Dracula Buff
So I think we were all expecting more from Dracula in terms of damage and regen, but not because we just want another god tier champ, but because Kabam put on their website a 4/5 damage and 3.5/5 on survivability. What does this mean for champions who need buffs?
After the balance program, how will champions who need buff be handled? Will Cyclops and Dracula still get buffed?
