Im trying to r4 a 7* champ and I have all the necessary catalsyts, however, my tier 7 basic catalyst and tier 4 alpha catalysts are in my inventory. I can't claim them either. How do I fix this?

Triple or quadruple compensation
Morale is really under the heels if I think that some of my friends got 4 NEXUS titan crystals, Kabam replies that he will send a second compensation and that triple or quadruple benefits only a small slice, too bad that as always in these slices there are always others.
