#AW: Damage Over Time not working
This is a screenshot from our tier 4 war today. Venom has the AW Attack Tactic “AW: Damage Over Time” activated, which says that if the defender has 2 or more damaging debuffs on them, they will be passively heal blocked. However, with 4 bleeds on Peni, she is clearly still healing from willpower.

Magneto Sig Ability not working
My 5* R5 Mags has a total health pool of 40,841. His sig ability says that he cannot take more than 7,458 damage from ANY single source.
