14.5 Mil Alliance looking for a few active players for Gold1 AW and 5x5 AQ

We've got a couple people in our alliance deciding to take a break from the grind and retiring from MCOC at the end of season 3. Looking for some active replacements who can hold their own as we continue to move up in Gold1, and hopefully beyond into Plat3 at some point. We're laid back, but get the job done. Looking for players with a rating of at least 350K, with some solid 5* champs to bring on both offense and defense in AW.
