T3CC
I'm curious as to why T3CC are still so hard to get for end game players. Most of the time it's easier for me to take 5* to rank 3 or even 4 than to rank 2. For example, I have 12 skill t4cc, but 1 skill t3cc. I did the daily quest and got about 800 t3cc fragments total. Why? It should be much easier to get these.
