Full Time Duties and Gold

Hello. I'm writing today because my current situation makes playing this game relatively hard. I am a full time nursing student and part time employee at a hospital. I know arena is the suggested route to obtain gold. This is just not feasible. I have 100% all story quests, all event quests, RoL and finished a run in LoL spending no money. I've earned everything I have on this game. I'm not saying to hand gold to me, but consider people with lives and even busier lives than mine. Let me earn it in a more skill-based challenge rather than a mindless grind. This game is fun, but it should not feel like a job. Thanks for the time.
