Act 4 mastery points now completely unavailable to progressed players
Since the mastery points that used to be in act 4 chapter exploration rewards have moved to completion rewards, doesn't that mean that players that haven't explored those chapters but have completed them and are not receiving compensation will no longer be able to receive those mastery point at all?

My future ant-man (sig 194) should reduce bleeds to around 12% of their original duration.
