Any reason why kingpin isn't purifying the coldsnap? (6.4.1 Iceman)

I've gone into the fight like 14 times and the coldsnap has never purified while the heal-block that is also applied at the start was getting purified



I doubt i'm just getting unlucky, but I cannot figure out why it isn't purifying
In videos of other kingpin vs iceman matchups, he purifies the coldsnap, but none of the nodes on this particular fight would cause such a thing, and nothing I can find in his abilities that may have been added in his buff can explain it either.

Have I overlooked something obvious?

and since they apply at the same time he only purifies one

Use Iceman, HT, Colossus or IM IW to avoid Coldsnap

That's 99% correct.


If any amount of debuffs are being applied at the same time, they all get purified in one purification.

The heal block and Coldsnap must have a small time delay that's where the 0.5 second cooldown is coming into play, thus preventing purify.

Storm X or Storm OG with Storm X Syn are immune, too

I was thinking you can purify multiple stacks of the same debuff because they apply simultaneously. Comes up if you’re running suicides with kingpin on the poison and power snack lane of map 6

Since after iceman buff, it might be little difficult than before..

So if you have 'The Hood', try to add him to your attack group, his synergy increase Kingpin chance of shrugging debuff.. plus The Hood buff, made Hood better and quite useful for Story, Quest, and AW..

Yeah. Hood synergy with KP is great for questing.
